This coffee falls into the “Kelloo” flavour profile. Kelloo means "yellow" in the Oromiffa language. This concept represents coffee that tastes like yellow tropical fruit, florals, peach, and stone fruit.

This coffee falls under the Burtukaana category. In the Oromiffa language, “Burtukaana” means "orange". It describes coffees that are round, citric, with notes of stone fruit, and a good overall structure.
